and author of these programs
At age 12, Jon experimented with transistors. In those days,
transistors were very primitive. By age 14, he was building transistor
radios that captured electrons from the environment to power their output
While in the USMC, Jon learned enough about electronics to know that he
wanted a career in electronics.
After Jon's honorable discharge from the USMC, he worked numerous jobs
and saved enough money to get an education in electronics and start a
chain of TV sales and repair businesses, numerous other electronic
companies, a motor building business, and a restaurant.
Jon became interested in music, back in the mid 1960s, when he developed
solid state sound circuitry that was used in stereos, band equipment, and
Jon's electronic engineering career includes breakthroughs
and patents in the medical field. He was also involved in bio-medical
engineering, government projects, and private medical related projects.
He helped develop the [Phrenic Nerve Stimulation] also known as diaphragm pacing which removed many
people from their iron lungs, and then went on to develop the
Although Jon had worked on projects that resulted in numerous patents,
the patents were issued in the name of the companies for which Jon did
contract work. On July 11 1978, the United States of America Patents
Office issued Jon Krahmer a patent,
in the medical field.
In the late 1970s, Jon developed the first electronic optical feedback
cruise control used in automobiles.
In the mid 1980s, Jon also helped develop TENS (Transcutaneous
Electrical Nerve Stimulation) units to control pain.
In the late 1980s Jon turned to software development to control the
hardware that he created. On July 25, 1991 Jon earned and received his
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree, to add to his other
numerous educational accomplishments.
After receiving his Computer Science degree Jon wrote DOS and SYS device
drivers. Later he moved on to fax hardware and software breakthroughs.
Presently Jon is owner and manager of
